Artist Statement
“I’ve always had creative interests, but painting is a fairly new passion for me.
I started a few years ago by doing decorative painting. Eventually, I decided to take art classes starting with pastels, then oils and watercolors with local artists.
When I started with oils it just felt right to me. I like the freedom of mixing colors to get exactly the color that my eye sees.”

I am a member of the Wilbraham, MA Art League, the Tobacco Valley Artists
Association of CT and the Hitchcock Academy Art Guild of Brimfield, MA.
