"Small Works, Artful Treasures" Holiday Exhibition
October 3, 2011, Pomfret, CT . . . Celebrations Gallery & Shoppes invites
you to the 3rd Annual "Small Works: Artful Treasures"
Art Exhibition & Sale, which will run from November
5th - December 31st. 
There
will be a "Meet the Artists" Reception on Saturday, November
5th from 5-8PM, featuring complimentary refreshments.
In the tradition of many galleries during the holiday season, Celebrations' "Small Works" show is designed to entice customers to give the ultimate gift of original artwork and to encourage new collectors to support the arts. During this show, Celebrations will offer a variety of original, framed art less than 200 square inches, all priced under $200.
Twenty different local and regional artists will be featured, working in a variety of media and styles including paintings, multimedia, mosaics, photography and framed jewelry pieces. Participating artists are Emily Boosahda, Beverlee Corriveau, Judy Doyle, Lori Gooch, Donna O’Scolaigh Lange, Ashley Larrow, Susan Rosenstone Larrow, Linda Lastoff, Virge Lorents, Anna Mancini , Marian O'Connell, David Stumpo, Nikki Sullivan, Robert Thomas, Regina Thomas, Sharon Way-Howard , Ruth Welter, Carol Wontkowski, and Margaret Young.
Celebrations also announces Extended Holiday Hours. Starting November 26th through Christmas, Celebrations will be open every day from 11AM to 5PM. Celebrations will close at 3PM on Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve. Celebrations will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve & Day. A diverse variety of unique gift items are available in all price ranges as well as festive, complimentary gift wrapping.

Celebrations Gallery showcases & sells an eclectic collection of original
artwork by over 40 local and regional artists, artisans and designers. The
gallery is proud to support the local community through numerous, creative
fundraising efforts throughout the year. Celebrations Gift Shoppes feature
a wide selection of unique merchandise in all price ranges. Celebrations
Tea Room is open to all for Monthly Themed Afternoon Tea Events by reservation.
Celebrations will also create a custom tea event for a group, to celebrate
a special occasion or host an offsite business meeting. For more information,
