“Birthday Bash” at Celebrations

21, 2010, Pomfret, CT … Celebrations Galley & Shoppes is four
years old! Join artists and friends of Celebrations for a festive Birthday
Party on Friday, May 7th from 5-8PM to celebrate our 4th anniversary.
Enjoy complimentary refreshments, live music by owner Jean Barton's niece Emily Wimer, and meeting our talented artists. We will also kick off advance sales for Celebrations’ long-awaited Tea Room! And one lucky guest will win a gift basket of Thymes “Ambersweet Orange” bath & beauty products valued at $100.
Come view artwork by over 40 local & regional artists and designers (including 10 brand new to the gallery) in a variety of media, including oil, acrylic & watercolor paintings; jewelry; glass; pottery; mixed media and sculpture. Plus, see expanded and new product lines and retail items that have arrived just in time for spring gift giving. We have something for everyone: moms & dads, gardens & grads, birthdays & brides.
Our Birthday Bash is your first opportunity to purchase special “Reserve Your Seat” Tickets. These tickets entitle you to a reservation at a future Tea Event, as well as an exclusive invitation to attend the private VIT (Very Important Tea) Chair-a-tea Event, celebrating the Grand Opening of our Tea Room in November. Artists will be designing and creating one-of-a-kind chairs for this event. Sales of these “Art Chairs” will benefit our local Habitat for Humanity organization (habitatnortheastct.org). Purchasing a “Reserve Your Seat” ticket is the only way to be entered in a drawing to win one of these original works of art.
