I have always been attracted to rocks and have collected them everywhere that I have gone. After visiting gem and mineral shows for several years I realized that I liked the cabochons better than beads or cut stones. I started collecting them and decided that I would have to learn to set them in silver. This is how my journey into silver jewelry started.
I select stones that appeal to me on all levels--color, shape, pattern,
and energy. As my skill level with the silver increases, the variety of
the designs change. But I feel that the silver is only a frame to hold
and highlight the stones.
